Lee Stafford Hair Growth Treatment Review

Today we're talking haircare which isn't something I review all that often but the Lee Stafford Hair Growth Treatment For Hair That Never Grows Past A Certain Length.........wooo that is some name! is a product that I have used on and off for a few years and I recently repurchased it again so decided it's the perfect time to talk about it.

The Lee Stafford Hair Growth Treatment costs £8.49 and contains 200ml of product, it claims to strengthen and deep condition the hair whilst encouraging growth and improving volume and texture. They recommend after shampooing you scoop out an egg-sized amount into the palms and work through the scalp and hair, leaving for 5 mins before rinsing and conditioning as normal.

I'll start by saying I love how this mask smells, it's a nice strong scent that stays put even after the hair is rinsed and dried. It feels a little odd at first putting something that feels so much like conditioner right onto the scalp but it is very soothing and nourishing and it doesn't make the hair look greasy or weighed down. I lost quite a bit of hair a year ago, I'm not sure what caused it but thankfully it stopped falling out before it became a real issue but now I have lots or shorter hair as it grows back in and it can be a bit annoying. This treatment leaves my hair feeling really soft and smooth and I find it very helpful for taming those little flyaway hairs which I have plenty of. I will say you can go through this product pretty quickly as you do use quite a bit with each treatment but you can make it last longer by initially using it every wash and gradually decreasing how often you use it as the condition of your hair improves which I recommend because although it doesn't weigh down the hair I find if I'm using it too often then my hair gets greasy quicker than usual. This is the only negative I can find with this product aside from this I love it, it really does make my hair look and feel so much better. I can't say for sure if this actually helps your hair to grow any longer but I do think it's a great addition for anyone trying to grow their hair out and it's definitely something I pick up when I want to give my hair an extra boost.

I really enjoy using this mask and would recommend it to anyone with dry, damaged hair who wants to encourage growth, I definitely think it's worth a shot!

Maybelline Superstay Ink Crayon Review

Okay so it's been a long time since I've written a blog post because I've been so busy doing other things, maybe I'll talk about that stuff in another post but for now, I want to get back to blogging at least once a week so today we have a little beauty review. This time last year I reviewed the Maybelline Superstay Matte Ink Lipstick which I loved and today I'm going to be talking about the Maybelline Superstay Ink CrayonMaybelline Superstay Ink Crayon which is basically the stick form of the Matte Ink Lipstick.

The Maybelline Superstay Ink Crayon costs £9.99, comes in 12 shades (as far as I can tell) and even has a handy built-in sharpener, I chose the shade Lead The Way which is a neutral pink shade. I really like the packaging as it's simple, pretty and gives you an indication of the colour inside which is perfect for anyone who purchases multiple shades.

I love the shade of this lip crayon, it's perfect for throwing on every day and gives you that your lips but better look. It's very pigmented and applies really evenly and smoothly, it has a soft matte finish that's really flattering and it doesn't feel drying. I think this would be a great product for anyone who doesn't like the feel of a liquid lipstick but wants a similar/slightly softer look. I find it really easy to apply, I've used it a bunch of times and haven't felt the need to sharpen the crayon as it goes on perfectly every time although you may need to sharpen it if you choose a dark/bright shade so you can line the lips perfectly. It is long-lasting but you will need to reapply throughout the day especially if you are eating and drinking a lot, I do find it leaves a little bit of a stain on the lips which is nice as it stops the lips looking patchy as it wears off.

I love this product and definitely want to pick up more shades, I really want to try a deep autumnal shade or a bright red. This is a really well put together product that's easy to use and gives great results, it packs a punch whilst being more wearable and comfortable than a liquid lipstick so I highly recommend the Maybelline Superstay Ink Crayon!
