Lydia Hair Growth Supplement Review

Lydia Hair Growth Supplement

A few weeks ago someone from Lydia Hair Supplement got in touch with me and asked if I would like to try out their liquid supplement, I jumped at the chance because I've suffered from some hair loss on and off for the last year or two and I'm always looking for ways to improve the health of my hair.

This supplement costs £23.99 and is a one month supply, it claims to have 17 key hair-loving vitamins and minerals and aids faster-growing and fuller hair with less shedding. It's also vegan-friendly, gluten-free and made in the UK, yaay!

You take this supplement once a day by mixing 10ml in with some water, juice or a smoothie and it is recommended you have it with some food. I will say it has an almost luminous yellow colour and slight taste that I don't love but it's nothing offensive and I don't think you would notice it at all if you mixed it in with some juice.

After finishing the one month course I've had a few compliments about how shiny my hair looks which is amazing because nobody ever comments on the shine from my hair and I'm also impressed with how much my hair has grown.

I did forget to take the supplement quite a few times which was my bad and could possibly have reduced the efficiency of the product. My recommendation would be to have the bottle sitting somewhere that you'll see it every day and to try and take it as a part of your routine, for example, if you wake up every morning and drink a glass of water this would be the perfect time to add in your supplement so you don't forget it later on in the day.

I find it really hard to say if I have seen real results or if I'm just imagining things but my hair has been looking and feeling better and I haven't had any issues with my hair shedding whilst taking this supplement so I do think the product has worked. I do believe that you are meant to take this for three months to see the full results so overall I'm very happy with the results I have seen in the last month and would recommend this product to anyone looking to improve the quality of their hair or who have struggled with hair loss like myself.

Femme Luxe Clothing Haul

A little while back I did a Femme Luxe haul and review and today I've got some more items to share with you, I was able to pick out a few items for free so these items are gifted but all opinions are still my own, as always. I've included prices which are correct at the time of writing this post but Femme Luxe does a lot of different offers and sales so the prices listed below may change.

Camel Slinky Strappy Crop Top - Wolf  (Was £13.98 Now £8.99)
When I opened up the very small package and seen the tiny piece of fabric that makes up this top I was concerned that everyyyyyything was going to be on show so when I tried it on I was pleasantly surprised. This crop top is a lovely nude/camel colour and although the fabric is very fine it's super comfortable and looks great with a pair of skinny high-waisted trousers, it would also be great for layering with other tops.

This was another item I felt very sceptical about when I first pulled them out of the packaging, they looked and felt like a cheap pair of school trousers and I was convinced I would never wear them, however, when I tried them on I was surprised how nice they looked. These are really high-waisted which I love and they are surprisingly comfortable and the shorter length is really flattering.

Tartan Print High Waisted Trousers - Emma (Was £31.98 Now £13.99)
These trousers were a little bit out of my comfort zone as I usually only wear plain dark coloured trousers but when I saw the pictures of these online I thought they looked adorable so I had to pick them up. These are really nice but I don't think they quite fit my body to be as flattering as they could be, I think these would be better for petite girls or perhaps I would have been better with a bigger size, although these aren't perfect and I can't wear them quite as high-waisted as I would like I still like them and will find a way to style them.

Black Cropped Long Sleeve Jumper - Mila (Was £19.98 Now £8.99)
This jumper is a lovely basic item to throw on with a pair of high waisted jeans, it's a really nice big jumper with long sleeves which I love because it feels comfy and slouchy even though it's a cropped.

Overall, I'm really happy with this haul, I got some great clothes that I can style and wear in different ways and I'm looking forward to trying out some more pieces soon!
